Our services include in-person and virtual workshops and bootcamps; keynote presentations; participation in wellness vendor fairs; and interactive coaching programs designed to help women loss weight, build muscle, balance hormones, boost energy, optimize their overall health and embrace aging with confidence.

Who is Coach Maleeka Love, and what makes her experienced in coaching health and wellness to women?

Coach Maleeka is a passionate health and wellness educator with experience empowering women to take control of their well-being. She combines evidence-based nutrition, fitness, and mindset strategies with a faith-based approach to help women navigate challenges with strength and confidence. She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree; a Precision Nutrition Level 1 (PNL1) certification; a NASM Weight Loss Specialization (WLS); a licensed liturgical dance minister, a student of a menopause coaching specialist certification and completing the NASM Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) certification. In addition, she had a long-standing career in higher education, 30 years, serving as faculty and in top level administrator and academic staff roles. This all allows her to research, design, coach and teach solid health and wellness-related curriculum.
