At ProAge Collective, we are committed to empowering midlife women through health, wellness, and fitness solutions. We stand behind the quality of our programs, products, and services, but we understand questions about refunds and returns may arise. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. We strive to deliver valuable and effective products and services. However, due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final except as outlined below.
All sales of digital products, including downloadable e-books, courses, virtual coaching programs, online workshops, and other digital content, are final and non-refundable. Due to the instant access and nature of digital goods and services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once the purchase is complete.
Registrations for in-person fitness bootcamps, workshops, and events are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may contact us to inquire about potential rescheduling options or credit may be issued for a future event at ProAge Collective's discretion and subject to availability. If ProAge Collective cancels an in-person bootcamp, event, or workshop, a full refund will be issued.
Virtual fitness classes and workshops are also non-refundable. Once purchased, these products and services cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
Tee-Shirts & Goods: We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the incorrect item was received.
Any free digital health and fitness products provided by ProAge Collective are offered as-is and without guarantees. No refunds, exchanges, or modifications are available for free items.
ProAge Collective is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur while using our fitness programs, coaching services, or digital products. By purchasing and participating in any ProAge Collective products, programs, or services, you acknowledge that:
Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or wellness program.
Assumption of Risk: ProAge Collective is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may occur from the use of our services, programs, or products. Participation is at your own risk.
Participation in any ProAge Collective program or offering is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with its use. By purchasing from ProAge Collective, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.
